The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering companies like new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency said it truly is alarmed in regards to the high amount of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The goal of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a sassa substantial range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is certainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office committed to service the area regularly. The service stage designed for intervention activities a high inflow of prospective beneficiaries, which makes it challenging for your office to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more means to help the servicing of all shoppers and raise use of Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
